Well, well, I guess the timing is pretty good on my arrival, isn't it?

My name is Mica, and I've been RPing on Dreamwidth for several years now-- and Lvejournal before that, and various platforms and chat clients for years before that. I'm 28 years old, I'm a preschool teacher, and I sure do love me some cute animated features. And Pokemon, oh lord.

I'll be playing Rose Quartz for you, if you'll have me, and I'm so happy to meet all of you! (Some of you, I already have.) I did a spin on the Test Drive not long ago, and I had so much fun that I had to stop and do an app instead. I'm sure we'll all get along just great, and have a lot of fun together. Hello Cosmofolks, I'm Ash and I'm bringing you the most friendly, supportive gang leader ever, Mike Chilton from Motorcity! Don't know what Motorcity is? Check out these hella sweet Promos and AMVS. Just do it, gosh. Mike's starter power is going to be "Cheer Up"^{Official Name Pending}, and can work as giving your characters a positive mood boost, or powering up an attack! He's basically like a Plusle or Minun. eta oh yah and I forgot, his gem is a Fire Agate! Probably stuck on his right hand, I haven't decided yet, haha.

Anyway, keeping this short and sweet, I'm SUPER EXCITE to play with yall, but I'll be pretty touch and go the next couple weeks due to moving and job shenanigans. #adultlife

KARAOKE PARTY PLANNING

So when all the chaos dies down, Akoya is planning on having a Karaoke fundraiser on the beach.

Except it's not just a Karaoke party. Instead, he's going to be good to his promise with Pinkie Pie and make it a full on Japanese-style festival, and a fundraiser. It's also going to be a way to build bridges with the NPCs and the gems, in light of all the thievery and Pearl's attack.

Akoya is going to go get a screen and be the light projector for the Karaoke, and he's asked Greg to get together a sound system, but all gems are encouraged to have their own food/game stalls. He might even suggest live music, just to make it more inviting.

So here is a little planning post. I'm hoping it to be in Mid-July, but I'm up for negotiating.
