Just a quick apology on things

Hey all! Arc here, that guy who plays the pigtailed Chiyo-chan, the smol blue emotion Sadness, and that mad scientist-type sweet girl Honey Lemon. A quick apology for kind of disappearing off the face of tags for over two weeks. RL and school has kind of taken their toll, and they still are, but I've gotten things to a point where I can kinda edge back into the swing of things.

That being said, this is me coming off of an unannounced hiatus of sorts, and tags should be rolling back along sometime tomorrow. Sorry again for all that!

A quick note though: Anything that came before Sadness' most recent post may not get tagged to, in an effort to reduce the tagload to a workable amount. Additionally, any 'A' prompt threads in the library post that have not already gotten replied to at least once may not get replied to at all, and I'm so sorry about that - I didn't realize how difficult and awkward it would be to do those kinds of tags with Sadness until I tried hitting multiple threads and realized that. If you wish to remove them and make a B prompt instead, feel free to do that, OR we can handwave the thread so that when they meet again later they will know each other and things will hopefully be less awkward. Feel free to contact me via my plurk, magmortar with any questions or discussions. I am completely open to everything.

IT'S MONSTER SEASON!

Against the better judgement of the mods, I've been granted permission by the mods to give Akoya back one of his old powers after the next mod-run event.

The Zundar needle.

Basically, Akoya will have the power to turn gems and humans into monsters! There is a condition though.

-The target of the Zundar Needle must be experiencing EXTREMELY negative/malevolent emotion at the time of firing.

However, it isn't permanent. In fact, it's easier to heal a 'Loveless' monster. To reverse Akoya's powers either:

- Show the rampaging monster a lot of love.
- Shower them. Not dump a bucket of water, but give them a shower. It's up to your interpretation what it means.
-Wait twelve hours for the effects to wear off.

Basically, Akoya's power is ALL OF THE FUN OF GEM CRACKING WITHOUT THE GEM CRACKS OR GEM POOFING!

This post is half permission post, half plotting post. Akoya can't go overboard with this power, so here, tell me if you want Akoya to turn your character into a monster or not, and we'll organise a time to do this around so we can space the monsters out.

A Heads Up

Hi guys, it's Callie. Umm... I know I said I was gonna try to be better and I still intend to. But it's going to be a little more difficult. Today my dad got into an accident at the store and broke his hip. He's gone through surgery and is as good as can be expected, but since we're still in the process of moving and he won't be able to do much for the next few weeks a LOT of pressure and work is going to be put on me. I will see if I can keep up in October, I don't want to drop but at this rate I may need to strongly consider it if I start to get overwhelmed. I just want to warn everyone that my slowness is going to become even worse and I'm really sorry.

On not so bad news, I'm going to drop Donnie to canon update him in a few days. When he comes back he'll... well be in a state of shock. Just a heads up for when I decide to do it, likely I will do so this weekend. Thank you everyone, sorry to bother you over this. I just thought it may be a good diea to get this out there. Again thank you.
