Annoucement

Hello, everyone.
In the interest of transparency, this is Claire speaking but I’m doing so on behalf of the Cosmographia Mod Team as a whole right now.
This is an announcement being made to let the playerbase know that we have had reason to believe that the player Cosmic was actually Tora under a sock identity and that they have been banned from the game. This was not a decision made lightly – but after examining a great deal of circumstantial and behavioural evidence and hearing from players in the game, we are absolutely certain that our suspicions were correct and have chosen to act with the playerbase’s wellbeing and safety in mind.
I understand that this might seem sudden, but I assure players, again, that this was not a choice made lightly – though we had our suspicions from the beginning, we decided to act on good faith rather than punish a potentially innocent player for Tora’s actions.
We would like to apologize, also, for not making a formal announcement at the time regarding Tora’s initial ban. With other things, such as How’s the Game, happening at the same time, this was regarded as a lower priority announcement which was a mistake. We now wish to be completely transparent about this: Tora has been banned permanently from Cosmographia.
Following this, I would like to underline more strongly than ever; Please do not hesitate in contacting the mod team if ever you feel you need to. I would also like to thank the playerbase for their continued support and understanding through all of this.
Again, thank you.
