Hello, Cosmographia! I'm not in the game, but I'm a huge SU fan and have been looking at it since before it opened, and eyeing it even more intensely since my home game closed up shop.
I'm currently considering the following characters:
ZOG (an original character based on the video game Star Control 2)
ZOG is a garrulous and excitable teenager-equivalent of the VUX species, who is Not Good at social conventions or understanding the bigoted snootiness of the rest of her race. She does understand that expressing things like "but humans aren't really all THAT ugly" or "I am legitimately uninterested in male members of my species" will get her disowned, or disgraced, or sent away, and definitely called perverse, because the VUX have problems; she's kind of caught between being thoughtless about what she says and terrified of that happening.
As a VUX, she will [headcanon] grow to be taller than a human, be naturally amphibious, and [/headcanon] be a rad tentacle alien forever.
Emil is an adorable sad immortal skeleton twelve year old and he's here to accidentally commit genocide and make you cry, and he's only out of the former because of the power cap. His jokes are bad, his intentions are good, and his dependence on his found family is extremely co-.
Runner-ups I might consider if there's a really strong vote for them:
Demon Lord Asmodai (Future Card Buddyfight): Hilarious, friendly, teasing, a total troll, and disgustingly hot for a kid's show character; the nominal adult of the main team but totally not really. Also: a rapping contortionist wrestler, I've already drawn him as a gem (nummite), my previous main muse.
Dragowizard, Qinus Axia (Future Card Buddyfight): He's an adorable queer dragon who wants a hot-blooded shonen hero prince to sweep him off his feet. Kind of prissy but very smart and sweet towards his friends.
Zim (Invader Zim): i'll totally do it. just watch me.
