KARAOKE PARTY PLANNING

So when all the chaos dies down, Akoya is planning on having a Karaoke fundraiser on the beach.

Except it's not just a Karaoke party. Instead, he's going to be good to his promise with Pinkie Pie and make it a full on Japanese-style festival, and a fundraiser. It's also going to be a way to build bridges with the NPCs and the gems, in light of all the thievery and Pearl's attack.

Akoya is going to go get a screen and be the light projector for the Karaoke, and he's asked Greg to get together a sound system, but all gems are encouraged to have their own food/game stalls. He might even suggest live music, just to make it more inviting.

So here is a little planning post. I'm hoping it to be in Mid-July, but I'm up for negotiating.

Berry will be running a food stall and doing her best not to let on how uncomfortable she's going to be. Current plan is that she and Fluttershy fuse into Morganite to participate at some point.

The Sinner will be singing Let's Contribute! The Imprisonment of Love is 1,000,000 Years! if I can FIND ANY LYRICS FOR IT. EDIT: Found lyrics! They're just completely untranslated!

Amelie will be doing two things: Using her power to keep the game stalls stocked up on prizes and singing Pokemon songs.

Okay so I'm not sure what state Hawke will be in for this. But she might come.

Sasa is coming and will sing Primal Songs. And be so excited.

Akane will totally try to win at a test of strength because that's a fair game she's good at. She'll also be singing at the karaoke!

As I'm sure you're aware being familiar with Arc-V, Shun will likely be lurking around any nearby convenient dark alleyways, Frowning Hard and trying to avoid all these assholes suddenly ruining his nice peaceful patrolling schedule.

I have three different playlists (technically four) for Bill so yeah there's plenty of options as far as karaoke goes buuuuut I was also possibly thinking this might be a good opportunity for Bill and Akoya to dance together and end up accidentally fusing! Of course this would result in some less than pleasant side effects for poor Akoya afterwards~

Also, throwing this out there: Amelie's power only has two limits: she has to be able to move the thing, and it can't be alive. Would this be useful for The Mystery Shack yes/no?

Yang will probably just kick back and enjoy the festivities since she doesn't really have anything to bring to the table food or game-wise. At best she could maybe set up a "Test Your Strength" booth but it'd be outrageously challenging. XD You might be able to get her to participate in karaoke, although she'll probably drag somebody down with her. XD

If you need a bouncer or security for this thing though, she'll volunteer.

Dipper will sing. ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. And he'll help run Stan's booth and probably help other people build their booths.

Utsuho will attend and provide fish and crabs for food to whatever cook wants them. But he doesn't know modern songs and can't read the lyrics projected. He'll mill around and have a ton of fun though! If someone gave him the materials needed he could probably make some really cool fireworks with a little help.

Chihaya would def run a loosely karuta-inspired game booth, esp. if someone with artistic inclinations wanted to help her make cards and/or man the booth! It would basically be a memory/reflex game where cards with pictograms would be laid out in front of the players, and Chihaya or a helper would read off a description of each card ("stripey cat," "dented teapot") in order for the players to race each other to tap/grab the card first. (This would TOTALLY not be a part of a secret plan to scout out skilled people with whom she could teach and practice karuta!!!! Promise!!!!!!)

If anyone would want to help Chihaya out, or you would want to have her hassle them into helping out, hit me up!
