though I have to say like... it's clear Bill's not a one-off character, he's gonna have an important role to play in the story of Gravity Falls, it just hasn't happened yet. so because it hasn't happened yet and we don't know exactly when it will, I try to think like Alex Hirsch whenever I play Bill or think about how he would act in any given situation, in hopes I can sort of get over that hurdle and make him as close as possible to what his creator would imagine. YOU'RE RIGHT THOUGH there's definitely some things that are my own take or interpretation simply because?? there's nothing from canon to go off of regarding certain things (yet) but like I said I always try to say to myself "well what would Alex probably have Bill do/think/feel/etc here?"
he's just such an important character to me, he may be an awful equilateral bastard but I connect with him so much and he actually helped me find out a lot about myself so I wanna do him justice at every possible opportunity! so thank you again seriously, hearing these things makes me so happy I can't even say!! <333
