hiatus + (temp?) drop + ic explanation for ooc events
Hey, this is bii. You might have noticed I've been hella slow at everything in this game for the last couple months and after taking a good look at myself and what I've been doing, I've decided that it's might be that Cosmos is the kind of game where I can really only handle one character at a time, at least with how everything else in my life is going. And that maybe I just need a couple weeks of break anyway.
Which is why I'm dropping Akane for now and taking a two week hiatus with Greg.
ICly, the same thing is going to be happening to them. Basically, Akane attempted to cook and things went even more wrong than usual. For those of you who're canonblind to Ranma 1/2, Akane is a wretched cook. The only thing she can do at all is literally boil water and even that is new. And for some reason, here in Cosmos, Tran has been encouraging her to keep trying by actually eating the terrible stuff she concocts.
This terribleness is all coming to a head tomorrow. You see, Akane is making an almond cake. She's even, somehow, managed to make it come out looking like a cake should look like. Unfortunately, the wrong kind of almonds are in it. The bitter kind. The poison kind.
So Akane is going to be accidentally poisoning herself into poofing when she taste-tests her cake. And since Greg, who'll be passing by at the time, also volunteered to help taste-test the unknowingly poisoned cake, he'll be poofing too. (R's Tran is the third member of this accidental poisoning group poofing, but he's a lot faster about rebuilding his body since he's a shape-changer so he'll be back the same day.)
Greg will be back in two weeks and will have his old middle-aged body back, more or less. Akane... well, if she comes back, it'll be somewhat longer. Rose will be in charge of Greg's gem until he gets back. You guys can decide who wants Akane's post-drop.

Though that said, Connie will definitely take Akane's absence hard, as she admired the older teen's strength.
