[There is some others shouting in a similar fashion but Azula isn't listening. Instead she's created a ball of flame in her hand and she's running her fingers over it.]

Warm...but not hot. Not burning.

[She tries harder making the flame larger, brighter her fingers thrust right through the middle of it but they don't burn and blacken. She is very clearly distraught about this.]
