Henry | Fire Emblem: Awakening | Ivory

A- arrival

[Of course Henry slipped right into that Henry-shaped hole the second he saw it. It even had an outline for his cape! Such a clever portal to the afterlife, or whatever it was. Even if it was meant to be an efficient grave for him, he can't deny it that purpose! Not quite the way he wanted to die, but hey what can you....]

Well now what's this place? I've never seen rocks so big! [He giggles to himself like that was very funny.]

How gem-teresting!

[Henry that was a stretch even by your standards.]

B- freestyle

[Henry was sad at first to learn that he'd lost his ability to do magic here. Even his hexes didn't work, and after all the trouble he went to to collect all those animal corpses. Oh well. He's learning that there are different magics here, and he gets to learn all over again! That's sort of exciting. That stone he somehow became connected with when he arrived here is the source, and he's determined to work it!

The stone in question is a crescent of ivory just under his left eye, looking almost like his cheekbone is trying to protrude out of his skin. He's been trying to make magic happen out of it for hours now, with very little to show for it.

He's about to have a breakthrough, though, when someone next approaches. He's so focused when he catches sight of them that he manages to activate his one clairvoyance. The ivory creates a sort of filter, a second hovering magic eye made of swirling white and purple magic in front of his own eye, and through that filter he sees... a number. Hovering over the head of his company.

He doesn't know what it means, yet, that it's essentially a killcount. But it will start a conversation.]

Whoaaaa hey come over here!
