Well, I lost most of my powers when I first got here, and have only slowly been getting them back. I cannot teleport anybody but myself right now, for instance!

[Okay, maybe that's not the best example, since teleportation is still a pretty convenient.]

Anyways, I know lots of people who did not have any fancy powers before getting here that can now do a lot of cool things! And everybody who has a gem has some sort of power. You might be able to do something neat!

Also it seems like a different grand scope of existence is at work here besides paradox space. Maybe this one likes you more.
