[He's not that startled when he wakes up in a strange place: for one thing, this isn't even the first time this has happened. And second the Temple almost looks like the Outrealm Gate.
The fact that he is alone is much more worrying, but he's not about to sit and mope. He has to get a layout of the surrounding area, just in case he was attacked. So one might find a man in a long coat investigating the bubbled gems with obvious fascination.]
It's almost like this is some kind of treasury...
[You might want to stop him before he pops one of said bubbles, cuz he is very clearly going for it]
Battle
[Okay maybe he DID end up popping something he shouldn't have, because there is a monster on the beach. A quick, fluttering dragonfly like creature with crystal wings. He's never fought something like this, but in the end it's not really any different then a Pegasus Knight when it comes to movement and speed.
Especially since it seemed that strange gem on his hand felt fit to give him a tome to work with. The writing in it was strange, but almost instinctually he knows what the words mean.]
Elthunder-!
[Bolts of electricity rack the monster, making it buzz in rage, and the tactician barely dodges out of the way when it slams itself into the ground to try and grab him.]
That... could have gone better.
[It's getting back up... maaaybe he could use some back up?]
