Seconding both of these things! I definitely remember needing to ask somebody if fusions were automatically unlocked for new characters, so having that on a page somewhere obvious would be great. Having a bit more official guidance on fusions would be great too, though I'm not sure if a fusion-registration page is totally necessary as long as there's a concrete ruling on power caps.
