Greetings, gemfolk! I bring you a character who's already used to being a gem - a soul gem, that is. (But she's also used to that gem making her 800% more dead, so this is different!)

Kyouko Sakura is from the anime Puella Magi Madoka Magica, from right after her second-to-last appearance in episode nine. (Spoilers ahoy: it's from right after her death.) Only that's a lie, Kyouko's actually from a little game called mylittlejamjar, where she was transported after death and where she's been living for about a year.

She's had a steady boyfriend for several months now (Teddie from Persona 4), which has helped her to feel more normal, but since he's not coming with her, she's gonna be missing him pretty badly. If she turns into a bear at some point, that's why.

P.S. Kyouko's first power is Shapeshifting -- I'd be curious to know who else might have this power so that she can learn how to use it better. She's gonna be pretty terrible at it at first.

Hello everyone! It's Callie, I'm back! As I said, my last character didn't work out, so I decided to bring in a character from the same canon that I'm more experienced with. This is Donatello, he's the brains of the outfit. He's an awkward, irritable, but good-hearted kid who doesn't know when to take a break from working. But this particular version also had experiences int he world of Digimon and Equestria due to me being a jerk and putting him through games that let me torment him, and boy did I take full advantage of that...

So I'm hoping that Donnie will work out better. I'm super happy to be back in the game and I am ready to get back on track of things! EDIT: Just of note, this Donnie doesn't have his staff on him and he wears a sliver hear-shaped logic with a purple rose design on it. Just a couple minor thigns that I thought might be important to point out.

Yo! I'm another newcomer to the game, but I know some of you already. I'm Jiora which is also my plurk: jiora. Super stoked to be here and get to play with a bunch of new people.

I'm bringing you Wendy Corduroy from Gravity Falls, and she's the first entirely new character I've picked up in a while so I'll be on a liiittle bit of a learning curve while I get used to her voice and all. She's got a larimar gem embedded in the palm of her left hand and comes equipped with a rad weapon summoning power for an axe. :Db

Hey, guys! My name is Lepo, and I'm a newbie who has been looking to join this game for quite a while. With me, I have Gaston from Disney's Beauty and the Beast. He's taken from just before the climax of the film, during the raid on the Beast's Castle. That means he's going to have his bow and arrow with him and will at first be 100% convinced that this is some sort of enchanted trap for him. Oh boy. Good luck with that one, guys.

Gaston has a large shard of jasper smack-dab in the middle of his chest, surrounded by a thick forest of chest hair. His first gem power will be armor physiology - granting him the ability to harden his chest to armor-like levels. For those of you unfamiliar with canon, he's also a bit of jerk - and just a tad misogynistic. As he's a fop, it's nothing explicitly awful and is pretty much only used for comedic relief purposes. However, if you'd like me to tone that down with your character(s), please let me know at my stats post!

That's about it, really! I'm gonna be making my first IC post/start sending out tags sometime tonight or tomorrow. Feel free to add me on plurk at lepowned if you wanna do some plotty-type plots~

What's up, Cosmo?! I'm a newcomer to this game— Crystal (or Rin, if you prefer) for those of you who know me, sohmamon for those of you who don't! And feel free to friend me.

I'll be bringing you Shinjiro from Persona 3 Portable. He's got a ruby gem on his inner right wrist, and he'll be showing up with some serious super strength. I'm looking forward to playing with you all!

ANYWAY yes! It's Zumi (Blake's player) here with my second character, an OC that anyone on my plurk timeline for more than a week gets pretty familiar with |D His name's Daniel, and he hails from a modern high fantasy/magitek setting, which is explained here if you wanna read the premise. He also has additional mylittlejamjar CR, so he'll be pretty surprised to see a few familiar faces whether they actually knew him from MLJ or not here. ...And also explains some of the pony icons so just bear with me with those until I can get my butt up and create human duplicates |D;; ETA: Now with visual references!

A SPECIAL NOTE: Daniel has PTSD, or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, thanks to some pretty heavy stuff that happened to him in his past. If for whatever reason you don't feel comfortable threading with him regarding cases where it may come up, then PLEASE lemme know! Comments to his permissions post are screened for this purpose.

Other than that, he's got a vaguely shield-shaped hunk of red rhodochrosite right at the solar plexus chakra, and his first power's wind manipulation, which oughta be fun. As always I can be found/friended at zumidotexe, and I hope to have a great time with him here~

Hi, just joined the game with Ultron from the recent movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Avengers 2: Age of Ultron.

Last world he was in, he tried to end it; second time around, aiming for less doomsday. Fallout from actually trying to cause an extinction-level event and getting dragged to a new world is apparently enough to make a young A.I. start maybe rethinking things, even just a little bit.

His first power is flight, and the gem Almandine (a variety of garnet) is embedded on his chest.
