I'm not even looking at just Arc-V (though. that would be cool.), but any series! :0 There are loads and loads and loads of neat characters in all five after all.

SO. I've got a few dudes that I'm thinking about applying for in upcoming rounds. Chief among these is Homestar Runner from...Homestar Runner. He's from a web cartoon that peaked in the early 2000s, and manages to be perfectly situated on the line between "dim lightbulb" and "oblivious asshole". While he does have his rare moments of brilliant, he's essentially a car crash waiting to happen.

Also, because I'm apparently incapable of apping any live-action characters into this game, have an Adventure Time Type Dude! Namely, Princess Bubblegum. Bubblegum is somewhere between "stereotypical Princess Peach-type ruler" and "eldritch goo who's also a crazy german scientist". She also used to date the Vampire Queen, so there's that. She's still super fickle for me, so I'd have to voicetest her a decent bit before I bring her in, but I'd definitely be interested in doing it down the line.

I also have a few more dudes that I'm thinking about apping at some point, but am waiting for a while just because...I mostly have jerks and I kinda want to have a positive dude come in before I throw another Gaston around. Among these characters are Eugene Krabs, Marvin the Martian and Team Fortress's Spy I also have a Fourth Doctor that I desperately need to voicetest, and there's also some characters from more obscure canons that I'm thinking about throwing up on the test drive at some point, but yeah! Pick your poison.

I'm currently testing out a few characters. FIrst off is Link from Hyrule warriors (justhavecourage) in the OOC thread but I need more people to give him tags so I can try get him registered

The other two are ideas.

Second is Sachi from the new visual novel Love at First Sight!

She can be summed up as a very shy, very normal girl... besides the fact she has one eye instead of two. She's very submissive and abused, but she's sweet with a heart of gold. She just is bullied a lot and has a lot of injuries.

Third is an Amnesiac Rose Quartz.

Not a way to excuse the lack of information surrounding her, but I'm tempted to just have this giant Pink woman walk around without knowing who Pearl or steven or Greg is.

So. Elite Beat Agents. (And the Japanese version, Ouendan.) Dancing super agents and cheerleaders in weird worlds saving them. They'd fit REALLY WELL into this RP.
But I can't decide between two of them I'm thinking of apping.
Firstly is Agent J. That guy on the boxart. PRO: He's most likely the one with most history/personality you can gleam from the games. CON: New muse to try out.

Secondly? Shinta, the newbie from OTO2. He's one of my oldest muses, and I can bring him out easily. But... Japan-only release with only scraps of info on the internet. And that's before the fanon.

I'm always hoping to see another muse from Katamari Damacy show up! Any of them would be fine, though the ones with the best chances of getting in are probably the ones who appeared in the Shiftylook webcomic... The Prince, Ace, Michiru (who's human!), Daisy, the Future!Prince, Macho, June, Opeo, the RoboKing, Foomin, Odeko, Sherman and Lucha... ...Mainly as the webcomic gives them individual panel time and all.

I also think that getting some muses from Dangan Ronpa/Super Dangan Ronpa 2 would be amazing! I mean yeah, it's a murder mystery series, but that comes down to them being placed in a situation where they're broken down psychologically by a closed circle and various motivations until people snap. Take them away from that and they should be fine, right? And the Free Time events/School Mode/Island Mode provide a lot of extra details outside of the main game itself.

Pretty much anyone would work, but I'd particularly love to see an Ibuki Mioda for the potential interactions with... well, anyone here, but especially Pinkie and our various musically inclined folk. Same deal with Kazuichi Souda -- we've got a lot of mechanically minded muses already, so there's plenty of CR potential there right off the bat! I'm sure anyone else who knows the series can come up with more examples like that...

But seriously, anyone would be interesting to have show up. Aside from maybe Monokuma... though I suppose even THAT could still work, given it'd be flipping the table around on the stupid bear.

I have a few characters I'm waffling about but the one I'm most considering is

This nerd, The Eleventh Doctor. I used to play him at Discedo a few years ago, but I haven't played him regularly since then. Just in the odd meme or two. But I adore him and my voice on him is still relatively strong.

For those who don't know, he's an alien who changes his face every so often. In this body, he's an excitable nerd who gets really into science and blowing stuff up, and also saving the day. And bowties and cool hats.

Another one I'm considering is Norway from Axis Powers Hetalia, but he'll only be apped if my Denmark decides to make an appearance.

While I don't speak for the rest of the SU cast here, I know I personally would kill a man if it meant more Crystal Gems up in here. I would commit real, actual murder to have a Garnet or Amethyst around for Peridot to freak out about. Also Jasper. For the love of god somebody app Jasper. Any of the Beach City residents would be great to have too!

The Gravity Falls cast has already outnumbered us in this SU-based game. We can't let them win.

Let's talk My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, everyone! There are a few of Sunset's past acquaintances that I'd love to see here.

Any more of the main group? Rarity, Applejack, Rainbow Dash? Whether they're her human friends or the better-known pony forms, it's all good. Then, of course, there's Twilight Sparkle---Sunset's adorkable rival-turned-friendship-mentor.

Anypony would be fabulous, though. Trixie, the Dazzlings, Flash, the older princesses...I could go on, but I'll save the comment space for my other weirdo:

But if he appeared, he'd be arriving as a CRAU from

mylittlejamjar, a place where friendship really is magic. And he's been forced along the friendship express during his stay, so he's a fair bit nicer than his canon counterpart---but he still thinks he's gonna be a totally awesome superhero and that he's got the answers to everyone's problems.

as for potential characters uhhh. I've got a few! I'm still not considering apping anybody for a while yet, I've got some things I wanna square away in real life. And also I wanna make sure that I can handle the amount of tags and plot-involvement that happens with this Grunkle o' mine. When I am 100% POSITIVE that I can handle another character, these are my choices:

Milo Fishtooth is my go-to choice for a second character right now. He's from the disney cartoon Fish Hooks. He spent a brief amount of time over at

themainframe aka the digimon game. So he's got some experience with getting sent to weird other dimensions! He also has that experience with that from his own canon, too. He's a loud, excitable, dangerous but generally sweet-hearted dude, and I love playing him. I can't decide if I first want to send him as a human or a fish, but we'll see! I also gotta pay his account again and actually finish the dang show (it's a long one), so yeah. it'll be a while.

Here are the other choices! My voices with these guys aren't as strong, but I could probably build them up and do lots of canon reviewing, if anybody wants 'em.

Prismo (human variety!) from Adventure Time

Simon Petrikov, also from Adventure Time. (i'd have to work out how the crown's meddling/the ice king persona would affect him, if at all)

Scott Leadready from Teacher's Pet. Weird character choice, I know, but I can't shake the mental image of his gem weapon being a pen.

Crystal from the game Nuclear Throne. Since she's a player character, and there's very little given backstory on her, I'd have to come up with a lot of it myself. But! She's a cool character nonetheless, and I think it'd be interesting for there to be a character whos ENTIRE BODY is a gem.

Willem Viceroy from Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja. Oh man I'd have so much catching up to do before I'd be ready for this guy, there's a lot of episodes I've missed. I'd also have to figure out what he'd be up to here, so I don't get burnt out immediately. Villains are tricky.

This is Twilight Sparkle from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic... kind of. It's the same character form My Little Pony: Friendship si Magic but in a human form that she took due to... well, long story. I've played her in meme's before as well as with her pony self, so I'm fairly confident that I can pull her off.

As for anyone to enable into the game, I WOULD love some more TMNT castmates, I don't even care which incarnation it is. But no pressure, feel free to do what you feel like!

APP THIS PLEASE:

For characters I would love to see in-game, the three that come to mind immediately are Roxy, Jake, and Calliope from Homestuck. The first two because, hello, we have two out of four Alpha Kids here, you gotta complete the set, plus Calliope is the special surprise bonus of a precious cinnamon roll. Next, but not as high priority, on my list of desires are Caliborn, the Beta Kids, and the Trolls from Homestuck. What version of the last two? Dude I would just be jazzed to see more canonmates.

As for beyond my canon - my kingdom for some Revolutionary Girl Utena characters. Just because, you know?

ENABLE ME:

North Italy also known as Veneziano and Feliciano Vargas, from Axis Powers Hetalia. I'd need some time for a canon review, but he was my first journal rp muse and I love him so, so very much. If you haven't seen or heard of Hetalia, here's the thing - he's the personification of (half of) a country and has lived through human history interacting with other personifications of countries. He's lazy, cowardly, a harmless flirt, and not the sharpest tool in the shed, but he's also an absolute sweetheart and is hella skilled at art and cooking. I also have his younger self, Chibitalia, if anyone would rather a tiny country than a grown one. ~~Not that they act too terribly different :B~~

APP ALL THE STEVEN UNIVERSE CHARACTERS SERIOUSLY. End of story.

Hanna Falk Cross from Hanna's Not a Boy's Name. A web comic where this young man is a paranormal investigator who goes on adventures with his supernatural buddies which include vampires, werewolves, selkies, and even an awesome nameless zombie! He's a hip-happenin' dude and he loves anything that deals with the supernatural. But he carries some dark secrets of his own.

Rung from IDW: Transformer's "More than Meets the Eye". This fella is part of an intergalatic to find the knights of cybertron. His role? To be the ship's therapist. Rung is rather quiet and tends to listen to everyone else intently. He doesn't take sides, and he tries to make peace with those who have conflicts. This giant robot is more than he seems though.

HI I AM STILL IN PHILADELPHIA FOR MY SISTER'S WEDDING BUT WE'VE GOT A COUPLE HOURS DOWNTIME BEFORE THE REHEARSAL DINNER.

We'll start off by saying PLEASE BRING MORE SU PEEPS.

Anyway, I love this game, I want to bring more people, and I'm actually planning to app someone next weekend. That person is Akane Tendo.

Akane is the heroine/second lead character of Ranma 1/2, which is what Rumiko Takahashi did before Inu-Yasha, but unlike Inu-Yasha, Ranma 1/2 is ALL ABOUT THE BEING RIDICULOUS. It's a silly martial arts romantic comedy where nothing is ever resolved and way too many members of the main cast have water-triggered shape-changing curses. And at the heart of it is the somewhat fraught relationship between Akane and the guy who the series was named after: Ranma Saotome. Their fathers arranged an engagement between them in order to carry on their school of martial arts (of which they are the only two families practicing) and while they eventually come to love each other, their lives are full of so much ridiculous bullshit that keeps getting in the way of everything that they haven't really acted on those feelings.

Akane herself is a very nice girl with a very bad temper and a tendency to solve problems with violence. She's tsundere before tsundere was really a thing. She's a very good martial artist, despite being one of the less strong members of the regular cast (mostly because they're all over-powered and Akane's abilities are in the range of a normal human.) She also hates teenage boys, because a vast horde of them at her high school used to harass her, spurred on by the school principal's son.

It goes without saying that I'd love to get her canon mates, especially Ranma.

I'm also thinking of eventually bringing Endless June AU Maria Ushiromiya. Maria's the spooky kid from Umineko. I've been playing her in an AU PSL which is based on the other When They Cry game, Higurashi. (The first chapter just came out on Steam for six bucks. I highly recommend it.) Anyway, she's the token little kid of a gang of losers who keep going crazy and murdering their friends. It runs in cycles, where every cycle someone new is the one trying to murder everyone.

If I app her, it's not going to be until after the PSL is over, so that'll be much later in the year, but she's definitely one I'm thinking of.

I'm not sure if I'll app her or not, but Usagi Tsukino is my forever girl and Sailor Moon is my forever fandom. It's been almost two years since I've played her last and ngl, I miss it sometimes. ~~I'd have to see if I could get the mods to let me keep the Silver Crystal as her gem, though.~~ I mostly play from the 90s anime.

Otherwise, you can take a look at my muselist. Those aren't all the people I can play, but for the most part everyone in the semi-active column is someone I feel confident enough to try to play.

Hello, Cosmographia! I'm not in the game, but I'm a huge SU fan and have been looking at it since before it opened, and eyeing it even more intensely since my home game closed up shop.

I'm currently considering the following characters:

ZOG (an original character based on the video game Star Control 2)

ZOG is a garrulous and excitable teenager-equivalent of the VUX species, who is Not Good at social conventions or understanding the bigoted snootiness of the rest of her race. She does understand that expressing things like "but humans aren't really all THAT ugly" or "I am legitimately uninterested in male members of my species" will get her disowned, or disgraced, or sent away, and definitely called perverse, because the VUX have problems; she's kind of caught between being thoughtless about what she says and terrified of that happening.

As a VUX, she will [headcanon] grow to be taller than a human, be naturally amphibious, and [/headcanon] be a rad tentacle alien forever.

If I brought her in, her stone would be Larimar.

Emil (Nier)

Emil is an adorable sad immortal skeleton twelve year old and he's here to accidentally commit genocide and make you cry, and he's only out of the former because of the power cap. His jokes are bad, his intentions are good, and his dependence on his found family is extremely co-.

His stone would be epidote.

Runner-ups I might consider if there's a really strong vote for them:

Demon Lord Asmodai (Future Card Buddyfight): Hilarious, friendly, teasing, a total troll, and disgustingly hot for a kid's show character; the nominal adult of the main team but totally not really. Also: a rapping contortionist wrestler, I've already drawn him as a gem (nummite), my previous main muse.

Dragowizard, Qinus Axia (Future Card Buddyfight): He's an adorable queer dragon who wants a ~~hot-blooded shonen hero~~ prince to sweep him off his feet. Kind of prissy but very smart and sweet towards his friends.

Zim (Invader Zim): i'll totally do it. just watch me.

I have a couple of characters I've been considering! Of course, I'm waiting to see how Dangan Roleplay reserves go before I decide to app any but regardless, this is who I'm thinking of atm:

Lulu Yurigasaki from Yurikuma Arashi a.k.a. that weird show about lesbian bears from the guy behind Revolutionary Girl Utena. Lulu is not just a bear but also a bear princess who basically gave up everything so she could become a human and follow another bear named Ginko into the human world. And that's about as much as I can say rn without giving away tons of spoilers. SHE'S PRETTY RIDICULOUS and just in general a fun perky character. If I apped her she would be back in her bear form to start. Her gem would be nephrite for terrible reasons.
Also she's gay as fuq, did I mention that, because she is. Lesbian Bear Princess.

Chihiro Fujisaki from Dangan Ronpa, also known as the Ultimate/Super High School Level Programmer. He's a timid programming genius who was bullied for being weak and basically tried to escape it by crossdressing as a girl. He's extremely convincing and even developed a large following of fanboys, but it ultimately just made him feel more pathetic and made his complex worse. :c He wants to train and become stronger to overcome his perceived weaknesses though. He is basically the epitome of Strong In The Real Way, like that is literally the whole point of his storyline. I'm thinking watermelon tourmaline for his gem.
Also his smile is literally described as being like a basket of kittens. Actual real life Precious Cinnamon Roll, too good, too pure, etc

Pearl from Legend of Mana, which is a Squaresoft PS1 era game that happened to have a race of persecuted jewel people in it called the Jumi. BECAUSE WHY NOT BRING GEM PEOPLE TO THE GEM GAME RIGHT?? Pearl's another shy type character and also has a bad habit of getting literally lost in thought. She is also the second personality of a legendary Jumi knight called Lady Blackpearl who is a badass but that situation is convoluted as fuck.
I'd need to draw icons for her (I loathe everything about the manga, right down to character interpretations and art, ESPECIALLY wrt Pearl so I refuse to use it) which is one of the reasons she's not high on the priority list.

Otherwise I have a list of more currently "active" muses that might also be considered! :3

Tiki from Fire Emblem: Awakening, whose gem would be...idk something acting as a symbol of friendship and bonds and stuff; she's a Manakete so she's part dragon and has been alive for thousands of years, so between all the INEVITABLE DEAD HUMAN FRIENDS and the fact that she's been exalted to deity status because of her acting as a prophet for something closer to an actual deity as the "Voice of Naga" she's PRETTY DAMN LONELY and i think being on equal footing with others all of a sudden and not having to be the Voice anymore, she's just another jamjarred gem, would take some getting used to for her but ultimately be really good

SHE'S REALLY THE ONLY ONE I'VE THOUGHT MUCH ABOUT but again, i could probably be enabled into playing any of these ladies, give me your thoughts

HELLO COSMOS GAME! I'm Drizz and I'm not in this game but I really kind of want to be since I've been eyeing it since I first heard about it. (And I'm a big fan of Steven Universe) I'm actually already working on an app right now. So, up for consideration IS.....

Simon Petrikov from Adventure Time AKA: the guy that was unlucky enough to get a cursed crown, but lucky enough to survive the nuclear apocalypse... and then the guy doesn't catch a break, because he forgets everything about himself. His gem would be Iolite! A gem that helps with keeping balance, lack of motivation, getting distracted, and family dilemmas. He's also got a neat crown that gives him ice powers and makes him immortal? the downside is the aforementioned insanity thing. Besides that he's a FRIENDLY GUY! He'd be pretty frickin happy to see other Humans for the first time in... idk how long

I also have this muselist IDK Enable me on any of them, or give me thoughts

as for ENABLE ME, I'm still kind of iffy about a second character but...

not gonna lie despite him also being a hammy antagonistic fire elemental I've been considering Betrayus Spheros from Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures which is an absolutely ridiculous but utterly amazing show that is on Netflix please watch it because it is basically Wreck-It Ralph: The Series but set inside the Pac-Man cabinet. anyway Bets is an unlucky melodramatic goth loser who hates his popular and fortunate brother so much he literally started a war against him, lost, got executed as a war criminal (canon even shows him getting the electric chair on screen. I'm completely serious), and now he's back from the dead as a vengeful ghost. However I'd prefer to app him from a Humanoid AU even though it's only slightly different from canon; mainly it just changes all the character designs and fills in a little more backstory, particularly that before he died, Bets's specialty? Necromancy. GEM GHOSTS/ZOMBIES ANYONE???

OTHER POSSIBILITIES INCLUDE...

Vivi from Mystery Skulls Animated - Ghost, who I haven't played in a while but after actually meeting MysteryBen this weekend and getting direct confirmation there will be more of this canon in the future (spoilers: he's working on a new video), along with us already having a Mystery and a Lewis, I'm really thinking about giving her a shot again. As per her official profile she's a 24-year-old leader of a paranormal investigators group (aka The Mystery Skulls) and assistant manager at a used book and comic store who plays guitar. She also an actual fan of Gravity Falls so she would absolutely 4th wall the GF cast.

Gundam Tanaka (and yes that is his real name) from Super Dangan Ronpa 2 because Remaix just app'd Chiaki and I wanna encourage more Dangleropes in this game. He's an enormous nerd who basically LARPs as a cartoon supervillain 24/7 so you would probably never guess he's actually a Super High School Level (or Ultimate, whatever) Animal Breeder who keeps four incredibly well-trained hamsters in his scarf. His ridiculous persona is actually a coping mechanism for the fact he's extremely socially awkward, a phenomenon in Japan called "Chunnibyou Syndrome." I'd absolutely need to canon review for him but I've been wanting to replay SDR2 anyway, and with 3 weeks off from classes, I've got plenty of time to do so.

More Marvel characters! Preference for Marvel Cinematic Universe, but Marvel comics, Marvel cartoons, Marvel videogames would be great too.

More MCU preferences: Tony, Wanda, Pietro, Jarvis, Vision--but again, up for anyone.

Hey, Cosmographia! I'm not in this game yet, BUT I want to be!

I've mostly been considering the following characters:

Problem Sleuth, a huge dork who tries really hard to live up to every stereotype of a film noir protag that has ever existed, but is actually just a lovable oaf who doesn't know what he's doing half the time. He stumbles his way blindly through the predicaments that he finds himself in and only manages to get out in one piece due to the powers of his ridiculously high pulchritude stat. He's also really petty and childish.

Dave Strider from Homestuck, AKA that guy with the blog (he's sort of a big deal), who is either an insufferable prick or the coolest cool kid you'll ever meet. Has an intense love of all things ironic. May be suffering from a severe insecurity complex. (Who are we kidding, he totally is.) I am actually rereading Homestuck at the moment, so canon review's not a huge problem.

The Batter from OFF, who is probably the world's worst dad. May or may not be a horrific monster masquerading as a holy purifier. Also a holier-than-thou, sanctimonious jerk to anyone who gets on his bad side. His intentions are good, though. Probably.

Also, I wasn't considering it before, but if this game really gets a Zim then I will have to add Dib to this list. Maybe.
