This is Jacuzzi Splot. He is a wanted criminal bootlegging gang leader from the 1930s. He is also wanted by a mafia family for bootlegging on their territory and also wiping out eighteen of their speakeasies in one night and also killing many of their people.

He's also a giant terrified crybaby with severe anxiety. It's a hell of a combination.

His gem is a tiger's eye set in his chest, and his ability is weapon summoning which will make him incredibly uncomfortable when he figures it out.

Indeed! 8D One of my favorite series...that I really need to re-watch sometime, wow, it's been awhile. XD I used to play Ennis years ago, and briefly had her in Route (before totally failing at that game ^^; )

S'okay Jacuzzi. Yang, herself, has the same gem as Bill Cipher and Lapis's fusion so UMM. XD ...Gems are confusing.

OMG JACUZZI!!!! I just adore him, precious baby. Haha it's been awhile since I've watched or read Baccano! but it's such a great series, I'm so glad you brought him in! Shunsui here will spoil the heck out of him xD

Baccano! does that, I think. I honestly thought I was going to hate Jacuzzi the first time I saw him. And then I loved him. And then I cried like a baby over him.
