Hey folks! I'm Toggs, and this here is the Walking Gravity Fall spoiler himself, the Author.

As you might have noticed by his icon, this Ford is considerably younger than his brother. This is because the canon point I've plucked him from his only a few weeks after the portal incident, as opposed to 30 years.

That said, Ford is DEEPLY DISPLEASED to be here, mostly because a certain dream-demon who will remain nameless exists in this dimension and he has a physical form. Oh yeah, also his twin is here and he's a gross old man for some reason, which is weird. And apparently he has a grand niece and nephew?? Wow, he has a lot to catch up on.

For those unfamiliar with the canon, Ford is a researcher who specializes in anomalies and other paranormal phenomenon. He's also kind of a nervous wreck right now, and generally not in a very good place mentally, so don't take it too hard if he points a crossbow in your face.

Did I mention he has a crossbow? Because that's totally what his gem-weapon is.

Speaking of his Gem - Ford has a Tiger's Eye gem located in the back of his left hand, and because the universe is cruel, it is in the shape of a triangle.

Anyway, that's enough rambling for now - I'm looking forward to tossing this bundle of nerves at everyone, so here's to hoping he doesn't immediately alienate everyone by waving his crazy at them.

Okay, I have a confession to make; I sneaked a peek at apps for this week last night, even though me and the other mods don't process them til Friday/Saturday, but when I saw your Ford app? I screamed about it on plurk and THERE WAS A LOT OF SCREAMING BACK EVEN FROM PLAYERS NOT IN THE GF CAST

Oh my goodness that makes me feel a whole lot more confident about my app, hahaha <3 I was actually pretty nervous, sending it in - I'm glad you liked it though!

And oh my goodness, we totally need to do some plotting with Ford and Bill, maybe hash out some details regarding their shared history together sometime - I'm always available via pm, and I might just make myself a plurk account in a little bit here, for convenience sake. Once that's up and running I'll be sure to update my contact info so people can poke me for plotting/shenanigans.

Also, that thread is magnificent, and it is probably going to make the reunion between the twins a little strained - which is saying something, considering how strained its already going to be! Here's to hoping Ford doesn't get punched in the face because his bro bro thinks he's actually Bill in disguise again. No lets hope exactly that happens.

Hi Gena - I'm absolutely thrilled to be playing with such a full GF cast (I may or may not have enjoyed several of their threads already.) That said, Ford and Stan, ghhn. These two are boarding a one way train to feelings-town, and there's no getting off now. Especially not with Bill around - Ford's gonna need some friends around to keep him from going off the deep end and doing something drastic.

If you ever wanna discuss things for these two over pm, please don't be shy! I'm always open to talking ooc, and I'm sure there's a lot to be discussed regarding the history between these two.

Maybe Stan can reassure him that Bill can at least be PHYSICALLY HURT in this dimension? Not die, and it's super distressing to do, but hey! At least they can threaten him? Stan's trying to look at the positives here. He will punch the creepy demon again if he has to.

Hooo yeah, they are gonna have a lot of problems to work out. BUT HOPEFULLY IT WILL TURN OUT OK... Stan is doing pretty well for himself here, Bill and Gem weirdness aside. And he's spent a VERY LONG TIME WAITING, so he's more willing to try and patch things up.

So it's gonna be a blast introducing these two to one another, I can already tell. Ford's gonna need some time to warm up a little to the revelation that he's a Grunkle, and he miiiight just try to push the twins and his brother away out of fear for their and his own safety, but we'll see how things go!
