Hanging around people means there's a chance you'll start liking some of them. Liking people means you're vulnerable to them. And then they hurt you. Rinse, repeat.

Considering how good you all seem to be at fucking over each other, and that's when you actually like each other...

There's about three people I think I can trust here: Stan, because we're on the same wavelength; Greg, because his sincerity terrifies me; and you, because keep sticking up for me for some fucking reason. Everyone else just seems like an angry crying fit waiting to happen.

Everybody has their own personal stuff they deal with, and whatever happened back home, they bring it here. You're not an exception, and considering how you were back there? You could be so much worse.
