so i herd u liek cosmic horrors
Hello all! I'm Argent and some of you miiiight have known me from another game involving ponies and such (gosh there are a lot of us here, eh-heh...) For those of you who don't know me... uh, hi! I suppose I am fresh meat which means I'm going to be full of worry and furious fretting until I get situated... which is probably never, but I'll do my best! I hope we can get along! /furious bowing
Oh, right! My character here is my original character cosmic horror sweetie Yg'baladoth. She has been assigned by basically a Lovecraftian version of Fate to explore beings of order and why you guys haven't been swept over by the chaos creatures already. Mostly, though, she is a proud and curious humpagrump that doesn't really make any friends but has a rather large collection of folks she has studied for too long to let them perish on other dangerous things (or themselves). She is going to be especially interested in seeing how normal creatures handle suddenly having powers they otherwise shouldn't, and is definitely more than interested in finding more about the species beings that live like this normally. So expect a wealth of curious and probably off-putting questions and she gets to know all you FASCINATING people. :)
In her own domain, Yg'baladoth is known as the Lingering Murmur and has full mastery over the power of sound. In this realm, her mastery has been greatly diminished to the point that she only has her basic Sound Manipulation. She possesses the ability to hear, create, recreate, amplify, and nullify all sound. Her stone is Cinnabar and it is located on her forehead like a third eye... which is actually where she'd normally have her third eye. So it's not like this is anything new for her. Except the gem part.
