Maybe you've been here for a while, or maybe you just got here. Either way, you're all in the same situation - you've been turned into a magical gemstone and stranded in a foreign world! And all you've been left with is the clothes on your back, stripped of all powers except one.

Clearly, you’ll just have to make the best of it.

How this works:

☆ This is a test drive for cosmographia, which means you should get a little familiar with the setting and premise.

☆ Otherwise, this is just meant to help you feel out how you may play and serves mainly as a chill interest gathering and get together kind of post! No app necessary, and you don't need to play in this post to apply - or vice versa.

☆ Everybody is welcome! There are no character limitations; pg au oc canon pigeon whatever. Just toss up a topcomment and/or jump any threads that pique your interest.

☆ Rules-wise: Be cool to yourself and others, and keep in mind the other game rules too.

☆ If you do apply to the game and are accepted, and you want to keep the CR, you may so long as what you did isn't setting breaking and everyone involved agrees.


YOUR OPTIONS:

☆ You find yourself in the Heart of a ruined temple. There is a large glowing gem that thrums with some kind of rhythm, and jewels scattered all over the room, kept in strange bubbles. At the very least, touching the large gem will give you a standard info-dump, but some of you might be a little cautious about touching weird luminescent gems. Good thing that there are other people there too!

☆ Or perhaps you already know everything there is to know, and are there in the Heart of the Ruined Temple to greet new arrivals. Or perhaps you simply had business there already, like storing away a corrupted gem from a monster, when someone new seemingly dropped in from no where.

☆ It's Farmer's Market day in the plaza of Waverly Bay! Perhaps you're there perusing the goods and strike up conversation, or accidentally bump into someone and get to know them that way. It's a fairly standard day.

☆ There's an event! You don't really know what else to call them - missions, perhaps? But something in the temple was triggered, and the glowy Heart gem has something new to "tell" you: If you want a new power, you should try telling other people two truths and a lie. Those who you interact with must try and divine the lie from your statements.

You have no idea how something this simple will get you a power, but hey.

[There is a turtle in a blue mask in the temple. One who is looking very confused as he looks around his surroundings. He looks down and lightly pokes the blue-colored gem now embedded in his plastorn.]

Okay... this can't be good...

[The timid voice comes from behind him as a colorful pegasus slowly approaches him.

Truth is, it could be worse.]

[Leo turned when he heard the voice. He lifted a brow when he saw that pegasus was talking to him. But considering everything else that he's dealt with...]

I guess its not the worst, all things considered. Umm... who ar eyou, fi you don't mind me asking?

[A small smile.] M-My name is...Fluttershy...

You...Y-You wouldn't happen to be...Leo...would you?

[He gave her a suspicious look now. The pegasus didn't seem dangerous, but he knew better than to judge a book by it's cover.]

[She hesitates for a moment, knowing this would get into a long explanation.]

...Donnie...he's told me...a lot about you...

[That gets the turtle to go wide-eyed in both surprise and confusion. Mainly confusion.]

Donnie?! How do you know Donnie?!

I...met him before...in different worlds...

[He head his leader face on, pacing slightly as he tried to think this whole thing over.]

So you're here. I'm here. Have you seen Raph or Donnie? Or anyone else that we know?

Yeah, Raph is around talking to some ponies!

[Raphael: Animal Whisperer. So really, that's not too weird for Raph, right?]

[Nope, not weird at all. But at least Raph was there, now they just needed to find.. wait, a pony?

Umm... one of those ponies wouldn't be one who was yellow and pink and had wings, would it?

[Jim mumbled not far from your left, Leo. He too has a blue stone, but it's in the middle of his forehead, and he hasn't seen that it's blue yet, whoops.]

[Also, talking green creature? So not even blinking at that. Seems normal]

[Leo looked to the side. He'd admit that it was surprising to see a supposed human not scream and run about now, but he wasn't going to complain.]

Let me guess, you got pulled in here form another world too?

[He's more concerned about all the people who don't have any clue about the etherium.]

Sounds like we all did. What planet we're you pulled from?

I'm from Earth. My name's Leonardo, or Leo. Wither one is fine.

Jim, from Montressor. [he said with a casual shrug. Another Earthling. huh]

I'm starting to feel a bit more out of place then before. Seems like everyone is from Earth or somethin'.

That's a possibility. But it doesn't seem like we're all fromt he same world, I just talked to a talking pony not too long ago.

[his brow raised high at that. What's a pony? Like, was it a race? What race are you anyhow? Not that he's asking.]

Ooookay, so who ever it is is pullin' all types from all different places. Huh...

That's what it looks like. They may even be pulling people from different universes, so someone's world like Earth may not be like the Earth that another is from.

[Or so he was guessing. After previous experience, he wouldn't be all that surprised if multiple Earth's existed.]
