Because they totally, TOTALLY needed Penny to join the little gang. To avoid spoilers, we'll just say Penny is a very strange person who doesn't "get" a lot. Also she likes stuffing people she wants to keep safe into dumpsters.
It's a thing.
So interactions with her, we'll be full up un misunderstandings and people wondering why she doesn't just get up after someone knocks into her. *cough*

I also have been stalking this comm for the past few weeks so I'm seriously stoked about getting accepted so quickly and playing here, yays! Let's make friends with all the people!
