+1 Unusually Tiny Idol

Hello~! I'm Phee and I've been dancing around the idea of bringing a certain idol to this game pretty much since it was created. But I've always been busy, or dealing with burnout... until now!

This is, of course, Rise Kujikawa from Persona 4! Specifically, the version I started playing in Exsilium from 2013 to 2014 and continued in My Little Jamjar until a few months ago. Her gem is pink rhodochrosite, in a faceted heart shape on her forehead. Her bangs will usually partially cover it, but it's still pretty visible there.

This particular Rise differs most obviously from her canon origins in that she's physically deaged and appears somewhere between 10 and 12 years old - and pretty small for that age, at that. She's actually chronologically older than she was in canon, but she's had a harsh previous game history. She wasn't prepared for the dystopian life in Exsilium, and being adopted by a manipulative girl whose plan was to keep her utterly dependent on her didn't help. Her altered self-image caused her to arrive in My Little Jamjar's Equestria as a unicorn filly rather than a full-grown adult pony. And since she's still dealing with a lot of those same issues here, her new human-shaped gem body has manifested at roughly the same 'age'.

TL;DR, she looks like a child despite most of her icons, and has a nice blend of new and returning issues, but she's still the same Rise! Just one that's somewhere between the shy and awkward little girl she used to be, and the confident teen idol she eventually became. As she heals and grows more comfortable with herself again, she'll get better, so everyone please make friends with and be nice to the bitty idol! ♥

Heh, yeah. Her hole took advantage of her pre-game shapeshifting abilities to let her come in a little taller -- she's currently stuck at 45cm instead of around 5cm. But she's still itty-bitty compared to pretty much everyone else.

Yukari needs to be platonically senpaizoned in this game somehow. See what happens when it hits her that a tiny Risette is calling her senpai...

Same thing as when anyone else calls her senpai. She has senpai, she's hardly one, and especially to Rise, since she's only been doing this whole thing for a couple years...

I mean, this Rise is still dealing with confidence and maturity issues, so she'll see Yukari as more experienced even if technically she was already a junior idol back before Yukari ever became a model or got scouted for sentai shows...

Also, it might end up in that same 'I wanna know more about senpai' 'Ahahahaaaaa no you don't' thing that keeps happening.

BUT SHE DOES, it's not fair that Yukari remembers meeting her but she doesn't! And she wants to know what it's like being friends with Kirijo-san! And...

But all they did was meet... and... Senpai's kinda awkward, and... Yukari has a nice slew of things wrong with her that she doesn't really want poked at and...

See, that's the best part about this version of Rise. She totally understands having a crapton of issues and not wanting to talk about them!

It won't stop her from being clingy and energetic, but she'll so win Yukari over. Somehow.

Making friends with Yukari is super easy, at least.

It's actually getting close to her and having a meaningful friendship with her that's climbing a mountain.

Rise will climb that mountain! She's persistent!

Plus one day they need to fangirl over each other. ... Again, technically, since it already happened once in canon. For one of them. xD

... Wow, I don't know if you've heard of any of Rise's previous game history somehow, my app doesn't even cover much with the protags she's known. But in her last game, she was with a protag that was in a relationship with Yukiko already. And she's bittier than she should be to boot, so she ended up giving up on him romantically.

Which I guess fits in perfectly with a no romantic routes protag, but she might seem a little less clingy and excitable and jealous than he remembers! (Of course, she'll still be really happy to see him regardless. :3)

I tend to go romantic-neutral unless I'm apping in with someone (cuz you never know what canonmates will be comfy with!) so it works out well!

Yep, that's a good way to avoid awkwardness between castmates! And his friendships with everyone are the most important part, anyway.

Be afraid of the tiny Rise, though. She was dangerous enough without little sister type superpowers! ... Actually, she'll be dangerous either way, it's just a different kind of dangerous. xD
