Sasaxia is opening a branch of her Free Company here! What does this mean for you? It means there is now a group Sasaxia is trying to recruit you into, for the purpose of protecting the people from Gem Monsters.
WHAT ARE THE RISKBREAKERS:
"In Final Fantasy XIV, the Riskbreakers are a free company devoted to combatting the Garlean Empire. They operate largely outside the jurisdiction of the Eorzean Alliance and the Scions of the Seventh Dawn; as such, their actions taken against the Empire fall into in a legal gray area… and possibly even a moral gray area as well."
It's a roleplay group from Final Fantasy XIV - their Tumblr is here, and it's where Sasaxia works in.
ISN'T THAT A VAGRANT STORY REFERENCE?
Yes, yes it is.
HOW WILL IT BE RUN, THEN?
Basically, it's a player-run group to fight monsters together, along with having a small house in-town (which I will be designing soon and putting on my journal - /opens Sims 3) if your character wishes to stay away from the temple for any reason. I'll probably try and set up a monster-fighting log for the Riskbreakers at least once a month, in order to have some monster fightin' happening with the group.
If a Riskbreaker or a Non-Riskbreaker also requires assistance, they can ask the group for the party.
Also, mods have permission to use the Riskbreakers for any reason. Just let me know. :3
HOW DOES MY CHARACTER JOIN?
Right now, you can just reply to the post I made in the community. There's a post in my journal, however, for ICly signing up if you're reading this later - or you can just message me if you wanna do it OOCly. Sasaxia will be pairing people up in order to make sure they're safe in battle. At first these will be just two people RNGed together, but you may also ask requests.
Sasaxia does have a few IC requirements, but they're simple. Will you come and help when asked? Do you promise to not run away, and protect the weak? Then you can join! Non-combat characters are also loved - Sasaxia sees the worth in not just fighting.

This does sound like a ton of fun, AND something Pinkie would enjoy; just trying to find a good balance of activity so I don't burn myself out.

ICly and OOCly, Pinkie Pie will only be needed to be around once a week (to do checkups on what's going on), or during a big monster attack. Her tasks will basically be keeping the peace/helping get new recruits together/helping when Sasaxia can't.
I understand tag burnout - so yeah!
