HELLO COSMO it is good to be back, I was here briefly months and months ago and it was fun and I am here for another go with another character.

This is Walter from Shin Megami Tensei IV, except also a CRAU from Ryslig! He was originally some peasant kid who got pulled into the military (but with demons), and then things went off the rails for political reasons and he became Lucifer? But then I played him at a horror game and he became a merman and this is, like, my apology to him. He's blunt and rough-mannered but also kind of eloquent and contemplative, and a practical kind of guy who likes interacting with people but has some issues to work through.

Speaking of those issues, I have a permissions post you should probably hit up if there's any horror-like content you don't want to hear about, because while I intend to keep things lighthearted, there's plenty of stuff in Walter's backstory that is M-rated for violence and could come up in deeper conversation.

His gem is Diaboleite (I'M FUNNY) which is blue and striated, and it is located on his throat; his initial non-default power is the ability to create small portable "stars" that emit light.
