So I believe it is canon that, while Pearl does not eat, she likes to make pie. Perhaps she and Jane can talk about the construction of pie?

Yes she does like to make pie! They could indeed bond over such a delightful pastery!

And perhaps they could make pies! Not necessarily for them to eat, but there ARE a lot of people in the temple would would gladly eat them!
